Chapter Rules

 

 

1.   &= nbsp;  Me= mber Spouse’s shall be included in memberships

2.   &= nbsp; All dues are due on th= e 1st. of March

3.   &= nbsp; New members will pay a prorated amount so as to expire on the 1st. of March.=

4.   &= nbsp; Dues Shall be 12 dolla= rs per year. (as of jan.03)

5.   &= nbsp; The Officers shall have their National EAA dues paid for by the chapter.

6.   &= nbsp; Meetings shall be held= on the fourth Saturday of the month at noon except for July (Oshkosh) and Dece= mber (Christmas). (See Amendment I)

7.   &= nbsp; Amendments to the Chap= ter Rules or Issues will be identified at meetings then they will be listed in = the newsletter. At the next meeting after a short discussion they will be voted= on.

8.   &= nbsp; Amendments to the Chap= ter Rules or Issues will be passed by a majority vote of members present at the meeting.

9.   &= nbsp; In the case of a tie v= ote the President shall be the tiebreaker.

10. The assets and facility’s of the Chapter may be used for the personal use of it̵= 7;s members in good standing as long as it is not otherwise in use.<= /span>

11.  <= b>Assets to be used will= be signed out by a Chapter Officer.

12. Facility’s to be= used will be approved by the President.

13. Members using Assets or Facility’s are responsible for it’s return in good condition.

14. Only the Officers and = Those renting space shall hold the Hanger keys.

15. Hanger rental shall be= 40.00 dollars per month.

16. The new renter shall a= ssume the space used by the previous renter.

17. All rental members sha= ll sign the Hanger Rental Agreement.

18. All rental members sha= ll abide by the Hanger Rules for EAA Chapter 597

19. Officers may authorize spending up to a maximum of $500.00 per month at a board meeting or by proxy vote approval of all of the officers.

Rule #&n= bsp; 6 was amended to change the meeting time and date.  Changed to read:=

6.  Meetings shall be held on the four= th Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm except for July (Oshkosh) and December (Christmas).   Amended 3/23/2005.
